Role overview
You will support electrical and electronics subsystem design for spacecraft missions, including:
- Power electronics, sensor interface, digital hardware and embedded software
- All aspects of the development chain: specification, design, integration, test, operations and maintenance
- Design reviews to ensure requirements and interface compliance
- Digital and analog embedded hardware design
- Test plans for units and complete systems
You will work in a small team of electronics engineers within the spacecraft electronics group and collaborate with flight software, FPGA developers and mechanical engineers.
Requirements
- MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or related field
- No work experience or first work experience
- Ability to work across teams to drive designs to completion
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Good English knowledge
Nice to have
- Passion for technology and rapid execution of sophisticated space missions
- Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C, C++)
- Experience with PCB design, assembly, debug and system level testing methodologies
- Proficiency with common industry electronic design software
