What You'll Do

  • Design RTL for high-performance systems including software-defined radios, avionics, and ground systems
  • Work with multiple FPGAs and toolchains
  • Interface FPGAs with high-speed data converters, memories, and MCUs
  • Design, implement, and test radiation mitigation schemes on FPGA
  • Collaborate with DSP and radio algorithm designers
  • Collaborate with embedded firmware and software engineers
  • Help recruit and interview new team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience

  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing high-throughput FPGA systems
  • Familiarity with power, thermal, and real-estate implications of system design
  • Strong proficiency with Verilog and SystemVerilog for synthesis and verification
  • Experience writing test benches and FPGA verification at module and system level
  • Experience with C/C++ bit-accurate modeling of RTL modules

Bonus Experience

  • MS or PhD in computer engineering or equivalent
