Role Overview

This is an internship conversion opportunity for candidates who successfully completed a Blue Origin internship in 2026. You will transition to full-time employment as an Electronics/Electrical Systems Engineer I, providing technical support across Blue Origin's corporate functions and business units.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Successfully completed a Blue Origin internship in 2026
  • Enrolled or recently graduating student from a college or university
  • Able to start full-time work on or before September 2027
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
  • Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for Blue Origin's mission with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum

  • Relevant internship, co-op, and academic project experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership
  • Hands-on project experience
  • Co-curricular engagement

Compensation

Base pay range varies by location:

  • CA: $87,816.00 - $122,942.40
  • CO: $80,499.00 - $112,697.55
  • WA: $87,816.00 - $122,942.40
  • VA: $87,816.00 - $122,942.40
  • Other site ranges may differ
