Role Overview

This is a conversion opportunity for successful 2026 Blue Origin interns to join as Industrial Engineer I in a full-time permanent role. You will be part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across business units, functions, and locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Successfully completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2026
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduating from college or university
  • Able to start full-time work on or before September 2027
  • B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
  • Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for Blue Origin's mission with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant internship, co-op, and academic project experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership qualities
  • Hands-on project experience
  • Co-curricular engagement

Compensation

Base pay ranges by location:

  • CA: $75,289 - $105,404.25
  • CO: $69,015 - $96,621
  • WA: $75,289 - $105,404.25
  • VA: $75,289 - $105,404.25
  • Other site ranges may differ
