What you'll need
- Successfully completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2026
- B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, or equivalent
- Enrolled or recently graduating student at a college or university
- Able to start full-time on or before September 2027
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
- Self-driven with ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Blue Origin's mission with desire to continuously learn and improve
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted as refugee or granted asylum
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant internship, co-op, and academic project experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership

Compensation and benefits
Base pay range by location:
- CA: $75,289 - $105,404.25
- CO: $69,015 - $96,621
- WA: $75,289 - $105,404.25
- VA: $75,289 - $105,404.25
- Other site ranges may differ
