About This Role
This is an intern conversion opportunity for candidates who completed a Blue Origin internship in 2026. You will transition to a full-time Test Engineer I position in Blue Origin's corporate functions, providing centralized support across business units and locations.
What You Will Do
- Work on production and testing activities across Blue Origin programs
- Support rapid development programs as part of cross-functional teams
- Seek out and execute requirements with minimal direction
- Contribute technical expertise to spacecraft and launch vehicle systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Successfully completed a Blue Origin internship in 2026
- Enrolled or recently graduating student from a college or university
- Able to start full-time work on or before September 2027
- B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-driven with ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Blue Origin's mission and desire to continuously learn
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship, co-op, or academic project experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership
- Hands-on project experience

Compensation and Location
Base pay ranges vary by location:
- CA: $81,313.00 - $113,837.85
- CO: $74,537.00 - $104,351.10
- WA: $81,313.00 - $113,837.85
- VA: $81,313.00 - $113,837.85
Other site ranges may differ. Position available at 9 locations.
