About the Role

This position supports the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products for sustainable crew and cargo transport to the lunar surface.

You will provide administrative support to Lunar Senior Management and business operations teams in Florida. The role is initially based at the Lunar Plant 2 location at Port Canaveral and relocates to the new Lunar Plant One on Merritt Island in summer 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to Lunar Senior Management based in Florida
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for the Lunar Management Team
  • Support business rhythm meeting preparation as assigned
  • Monitor Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) access
  • Coordinate conference attendance and international travel requests
  • Process expense reports for assigned senior staff
  • Manage communication distribution lists
  • Provide orientation support for new staff, new grad rotations, and interns
  • Complete additional admin tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to balance multiple tasks with varying deadlines while maintaining executional and operational excellence
  • 5+ years of supporting business rhythm meeting preparation
  • Ability to support strategic initiatives and develop best practices at department level
  • Detail-oriented with frequent task updates and independent coordination
  • Independently manage situational constraints and resolve issues with minimal oversight
  • Ability to earn trust and maintain positive professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and leveraging networks across organizations
  • Experience working in integrated product teams and cross-functional programme environments
  • Familiarity with or experience supporting government contracting
