About this role

You will oversee a portfolio of projects driving the evolution of manufacturing space flight systems for the lunar lander at Blue Origin's Lunar Permanence Facilities (Cape Canaveral and Rocket Park Complex, Merritt Island, FL). As Site Integrator, you will integrate lunar facilities into broader Blue Origin Operations, leverage tools and processes across manufacturing teams, and lead the transition from lunar lander development to production.

This role sits within Blue Origin Operations, which includes Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance across all company facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage facility operations at lunar manufacturing facilities
  • Support the operations team in decision-making on complex scenarios with major organizational impact
  • Collaborate with facilities, risk management, and operations leadership on risk mitigation, including hurricane response, flight hardware protection, and equipment installation and relocation
  • Ensure information is gathered, organized, and presented to maximize decision speed; track implementation and institutionalize actions
  • Maintain and manage strategic and tactical priorities; connect siloed work streams; manage communication cadence with the operations VP and Rocket Park leadership
  • Lead change management activities to evaluate, coordinate, and approve new facility requirements or changes

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (engineering disciplines preferred)
  • 8 years of relevant program management or operational experience
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and data communication skills
  • Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational influences
  • Demonstrated history of independent work, problem-solving, delivery on commitments, and accountability
