About Terawave

Terawave is building the world's first enterprise-grade multi-orbit satellite broadband network, delivering symmetric gigabit-to-terabit connectivity to data centers, governments, and global enterprises.

What You'll Do

As part of the product team, you will translate customer insight, technical analysis, and structured problem-solving into product definition and market strategy. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Translate enterprise customer and partner requirements into structured product specifications and use cases across Terawave's LEO and MEO service tiers.
  • Develop and maintain product positioning and packaging frameworks for enterprise, data center, government, and defense segments.
  • Conduct customer discovery interviews and synthesize voice-of-customer findings to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering to document capability requirements, surface tradeoffs, and ensure technical feasibility of product commitments.
  • Build analyses to evaluate service tier design decisions, including capacity allocation, SLA structures, and terminal configurations.
  • Support pricing and commercial model development for Terawave's connectivity offerings.
  • Develop and deliver product documentation and content for internal reviews and external partner discussions.
  • Develop business plans and go-to-market planning tied to constellation deployment milestones.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal product tools and operational workflows used to track customer requirements and manage product data.
