Jariet Technologies, a CesiumAstro subsidiary, develops breakthrough digital communications technology for micro/mm-Wave frequencies using standard CMOS processes. You will join as Principal ASIC Design Engineer - Chip Lead, responsible for large, high-speed mixed-signal and DSP projects from concept through volume production.

The Role

You will own cradle-to-grave ASIC design across all levels: digital communications systems, DSP, microarchitecture, analog IP integration, embedded processors, high-level verification, RTL design with asynchronous clock domains, timing analysis, DFT, backend flow, chip bring-up, debug, lab testing, and transition to production release.

You will lead technical architecture decisions, manage program execution, interact with customers and sales, and coordinate backend and verification teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience
  • End-to-end IC/ASIC development from concept through production silicon release
  • Advanced front-end design flows: system simulation, RTL implementation, verification, synthesis, backend interface
  • High-speed analog block integration into digital logic
  • Architecture and micro-architecture analysis to identify design improvements
  • Program management, people management, and project tracking
  • Customer communications and marketing/sales interactions
  • ASIC verification using constraint coverage-driven methodology (UVM, VMM, OVM, SPECMAN)
  • Fluency in Verilog and SystemVerilog; synthesis, formal verification, and STA expertise

Highly Desirable

  • Low-power design flows
  • DSP block implementation
