Key responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical actuators following technical drawings and work instructions
- Conduct functional and end-of-line testing using dedicated test equipment
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and logistics teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with aerospace standards
- Support process improvement initiatives within the production line
What you bring
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
- Basic computer skills for recording production data and following work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy
- English communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Germany
Nice-to-haves
