The Role
As part of our skilled manufacturing team, you will build the future of reusable, high-performance and reliable actuators. Your precise, detail-oriented working style will support assembly work from small assemblies to fully tested products. You will build new production capabilities and maintain existing capacity.
Professional qualification or vocational training is not required, as long as you have a hands-on mentality and can work with small parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical actuators following technical drawings and work instructions
- Conduct functional and end-of-line testing using dedicated test equipment
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and logistics teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to aerospace standards
- Support process improvement initiatives within the production line
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
- Basic computer skills for recording production data and following work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, organized, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with high accuracy
- English communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Germany
Nice-to-Haves:
- Professional qualification or vocational training in relevant field
- Experience assembling mechanical components or actuators
- Experience with wire or cable assembly
- Experience performing inspections and functional testing
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems
