About the role
Hemeria is recruiting a Quality Engineer for Production and AIT (Assembly, Integration, Testing) on a permanent contract to join the Land & Sea division in Angoulême.
You will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance across all manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing operations.
Your responsibilities
- Handle non-conformities and validate corrective action closure
- Analyse production non-conformities and define preventive actions
- Conduct production acceptance testing and inspections
- Verify manufacturing compliance throughout production: traceability, test execution, documentation control
- Check documentation versions and validate manufacturing and control files
- Validate production documentation
- Perform controls during integration phases
- Verify environmental testing execution
- Conduct entry and exit controls for sensitive equipment
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions
Your background
- Technical or quality qualification with minimum 5 years quality experience, ideally in production and assembly of complex systems
- Strong understanding of production flows and industrial processes
- Proficiency with key quality tools: problem-solving, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, non-conformity management
- Good technical knowledge to work effectively with production teams
- Rigorous, methodical, analytical approach to identifying and resolving problems
