Your Role

As AIT Coordinator (Assemblage, Intégration et Tests), you will lead the operational coordination of assembly and integration activities for our launch vehicles. You will set the pace for field teams and guarantee the smooth running of operations from prototyping through production ramp-up, managing safety, quality, cost and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop production strategy with supply chain support: optimise inter-workshop flows, size storage areas and define tooling requirements.
  • Structure workshop organisation to execute manufacturing and control procedures: resource planning, team competencies, temporary staffing, maintain tool calibration and lifting equipment, manage consumables, participate in assembly work.
  • Work with the methods coordinator to establish integration tests and prototyping needed to de-risk manufacturing procedures.
  • Express tooling requirements, track their design and validation, and arbitrate technical priorities.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing process compliance, operator procedure adoption and workplace safety standards.

Education: Engineering degree or Bac+5 qualification in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace or production.

Experience: 3 to 7 years in integration, methods or production coordination roles, ideally in aerospace, aeronautics or high-performance automotive sectors.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid mastery of AIT processes, production logistics flows and manufacturing procedure tracking.
  • Ability to define tooling needs and participate in their design validation.
  • Good knowledge of workplace hygiene, safety and quality standards in industrial settings.
  • Field leadership, indirect management skills, rigour and excellent priority management under production uncertainty.
