As the Avionics Manufacturing Supervisor at Impulse Space, you will hire, manage, and mentor avionics manufacturing technicians to support avionics hardware builds for Impulse's vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop avionics manufacturing technicians
- Oversee manufacturing of avionics hardware including PCB assemblies (staking, conformal coating, underfill, soldering)
- Support RF passive components manufacturing (antennas and filters)
- Lead mechanical assembly of avionics systems
- Direct acceptance testing including electrical and environmental ATP
- Work directly with leaders and individual contributors across other disciplines
- Contribute to all aspects of avionics production
