The Role
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our industrial environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA. You will work with industrial electrical systems ranging from 480v to 120v, requiring thorough understanding of these systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment in industrial settings, including machinery, lighting, and power distribution systems
- Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure efficient operation and prevent breakdowns
- Install and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, and circuit breakers
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in facility electrician maintenance and coordination
- Experience with electrical, basic plumbing, and carpentry work

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $35 to $45 plus equity in the company
