Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in satellite operations or a related high-reliability system environment (e.g., aerospace, defense)
  • Working knowledge of satellite subsystem and supporting ground system functionality
  • Experience solving complex problems that span multiple systems
  • Experience creating operational processes to address both technical and customer needs
  • Engineering background in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-have skills

  • Demonstrated experience with satellite command and control systems, telemetry analysis, and mission planning
  • Direct experience with on-orbit satellite commissioning or mission operations
  • Understanding of ITAR/EAR regulations

Compensation

Salary range: $131,000 to $190,000, plus competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
