The Role

You will develop and execute spacecraft Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) plans and procedures. Lead satellite integration activities including mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and subsystem validation. Define test campaigns for spacecraft and subsystems covering functional, environmental, and performance testing.

You will support development and verification of electrical harnesses, payload integration, and subsystem interfaces. Analyze test results and troubleshoot anomalies, working closely with subsystem engineers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain AIT documentation including procedures, test reports, and configuration records. Ensure compliance with cleanroom, ESD, and quality assurance processes during all integration activities. Support environmental testing campaigns such as vibration, thermal vacuum, and functional validation.

You will contribute to satellite launch campaign preparation, including final functional verification and integration into deployers or launch adapters. Support continuous improvement of AIT processes, tooling, and documentation to improve efficiency and quality.

What You Bring
