About the Role
The Integration Technician role is critical to ensuring various components and systems of flight hardware are assembled, tested, and installed with the highest quality. Your primary focus will be assembly, install, and testing of flight hardware through development and production of Terran R.
You will collaborate with the production team, integration engineers, and quality team to build, develop, and document job operations. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of aerospace processes, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install flight hardware components for Terran R stages
- Perform testing and quality checks on integrated systems
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and calibrated measuring devices
- Document assembly, install, and testing procedures
- Collaborate with engineers and quality personnel to solve integration challenges
- Climb ladders and work in tight spaces as needed during assembly operations
About You
- 2 or more years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations
- Technical skills including fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with engineering and production teams
- Ability to set up and operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and calibrated measuring devices
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
Nice to Have
- FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
- Electromechanical build proficiency
- Familiarity with propulsion systems and components
Schedule and Compensation
This is a second-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. PT. The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week. Employees receive a 10% shift differential in addition to base pay.
