Your ownership may include:
- Design: drawing standardization, design for manufacturability (DFM), and configuration management and control
- Planning: work instruction review, process development, standard rework and repair documentation
- Manufacturing: in-process build verification, coordination of travelled work
- Program: nonconformance ticket processes, as-built verification, root cause and corrective action
- Quality initiatives: specification development, walkdown checklists, automation for quality inspection, DFM practices, and scaling processes with the program
- Cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Test, and Launch teams
This is a second shift position: 3pm to 1:30am PT, Monday through Friday. The baseline expectation is a 50-hour workweek. Employees receive a 10% shift differential in addition to salary.
