About the Role

The Integration Technician role is critical to ensuring that various components and systems of flight hardware are assembled, tested, and installed with the highest quality. You will operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to successfully build and install flight hardware, with primary focus on assembly, install, and testing of flight hardware through development and production of Terran R.

You will collaborate with the production team, integration engineers, and quality team to build, develop, and document job operations.

What You Will Do

  • Assemble, integrate, and test flight hardware components and systems
  • Perform fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, and bonding operations
  • Conduct testing and avionics-related tasks
  • Set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated measuring tools
  • Work in tight spaces and at height when required
  • Document procedures and collaborate on process improvements

What You Bring

  • 4 or more years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations
  • Technical skills including fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production teams
  • Ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools and measuring devices
  • Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably in tight spaces

Nice to Have

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
  • Electromechanical build proficiency
  • Familiarity with propulsion systems and components

Schedule and Compensation

This is a weekend-shift position with a standard schedule of Friday through Monday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT. The role includes 8 guaranteed overtime hours each week. In addition to base pay, employees receive a 10% weekend premium.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
