About the Role

As a Senior Integration Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that various components and systems of flight hardware are assembled, tested, and installed with the highest quality.

  • Assemble, install, and test flight hardware through development and production of Terran R
  • Combine technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of aerospace processes to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Collaborate with production team, integration engineers, and quality team to build, develop, and document job operations
  • Work with fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics, and bonding operations

Schedule and Compensation

Weekend shift position: Friday through Monday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT. Includes 8 guaranteed overtime hours each week. Base pay plus 10% shift premium.

About You

  • 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations
  • Wide range of technical skills including fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with engineering and production teams
  • Ability to set up and operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, calibrated tools, and measuring devices
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working in tight spaces
  • Able to safely navigate uneven terrain and surfaces
  • Able to frequently crouch, bend, squat, and kneel to access low-level areas
  • Able to reach and extend arms overhead for the duration required to complete assembly tasks
