About the Role
You are a highly experienced hands-on contributor responsible for executing complex vehicle integration and pre-launch operations on Terran R flight hardware. You will support system-level assembly, checkout, rework, and troubleshooting across structures, fluids, and avionics systems for Stage 1, Stage 2, and payload integration activities.
You will resolve off-nominal conditions, verify hardware configuration, and execute procedures with precision while protecting flight hardware and maintaining configuration integrity. Beyond technical execution, you provide floor leadership, mentor junior technicians, and partner closely with Engineering, Launch Operations, and Quality to ensure vehicle readiness and mission success.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related technical field
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations
- Broad technical skill set including:
- Fastener installation and torque applications
- Secondary retention methods
- Mechanical and systems testing
- Avionics familiarity

- Ordnance experience
Security and Location
You must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Compensation
Hiring range: $33.20-$49.80 USD per hour. Actual compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Benefits include competitive salary and equity, generous PTO and sick leave policy, parental leave, and annual learning and development stipend.
