About the Role
The Integration Supervisor oversees Integration Operations over the weekend shift, ensuring that Terran R hardware is produced safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Integration technicians, driving continuous improvement in their skills and career progression
- Partner with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality teams to enhance efficiency and boost productivity
- Drive production schedules, ensuring on-time completion of flight hardware by identifying and resolving any production bottlenecks and maintaining daily production visibility
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
About You
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
- 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience overseeing production technicians/operators
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, integration, and testing
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Previous leadership experience in aerospace or space hardware production
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, MES, or digital factory tools
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training/certifications
What We Offer
Salary range: $118,000 to $178,000 USD. Employees receive a 10% shift differential. Benefits include competitive salary and equity, generous PTO and sick leave policy, parental leave, and an annual learning and development stipend.
Location and Schedule
Onsite in Long Beach, California. Weekend shift hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT.
