About the role
You will act as our cross-departmental automation champion, transforming manual tasks into streamlined, AI-driven workflows. You will combine a logical mindset with strong communication to help teams across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, HR, and Finance unlock their potential through modern productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to identify repetitive, manual tasks eligible for automation
- Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms to connect daily tools
- Support integration of modern AI tools into daily business operations
- Write clear guides for internal teams on using new automated tools and conduct walkthrough sessions
- Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot errors, and propose data-driven upgrades
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Management Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field) that allows for a curricular internship with university agreement
- Strong passion for Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Basic familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a strong plus but not mandatory
- Outstanding communication skills to translate complex technical processes into simple instructions for non-technical colleagues
- Self-starter mentality; comfortable asking questions, shadowing teams, and suggesting new approaches
- Fluent in English
