Your Role

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you ensure that components, assemblies, and production processes meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. You work closely with engineers, technicians, and suppliers, playing a critical role in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Your Tasks

  • Perform dimensional, functional, and visual inspections of components, assemblies, and externally supplied parts in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.
  • Identify, document, and analyze defects, non-conformities, and quality deviations using established quality management and root-cause analysis methods.
  • Create inspection reports and maintain complete, accurate, and traceable quality documentation.
  • Support investigation of customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal quality deviations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to improve product quality and process performance.
  • Conduct standardized product and acceptance tests during development and production activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are understood and consistently achieved.

Your Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Completed technical vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using common inspection and measurement equipment.
  • Experience identifying, documenting, and resolving quality deviations in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical components, engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as EN 9100 and/or ISO 9001.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, production, and suppliers.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, including technical documentation and communication.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the aerospace, aviation, space, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of root-cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with non-conformance management and CAPA processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, or digital quality management systems.
  • Experience supporting product qualification, testing, or development activities.
