The Role
The Network Integration & Validation team leads Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with Mobile Network Operators worldwide, validating how Sateliot's NTN and IPX services integrate into live 5G networks. This is a junior position ideal for an early-career telecom engineer seeking hands-on exposure to real MNO integrations, lab and field testing, and end-to-end service validation with senior team support.
What You'll Do
- Support and manage Proofs of Concept with Mobile Network Operators in lab and on-site settings
- Provide technical support during MNO integration, including IPX and NTN network elements
- Execute test passes and service validations aligned with integration requirements
- Analyze and report test results, identify anomalies, and propose technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve technical blockers
- Document procedures, integration steps, and lessons learned from MNO onboarding
- Act as technical point of contact with MNO teams during integration activities under senior guidance
What You Bring
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering (or final-year student / recent graduate)
- Familiarity with IPX networks, 5G networks, roaming setup, and interconnection models through coursework, internships, or early professional experience
- Basic knowledge of IP networking protocols: IPv4/IPv6, DNS, routing, VPN
- Exposure to testbeds and telecom monitoring tools such as Wireshark and protocol analyzers
- Basic Linux user skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills for work with international MNOs and technical partners
- Analytical and troubleshooting mindset applied to telecom environments
- Ability to manage tasks independently and handle parallel technical activities
- Availability to travel when needed for PoCs and integration projects abroad
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred Experience
- Understanding of mobile and satellite communication protocols, including NB-IoT, LTE-M, 3GPP NTN, and LEO technologies
