Your responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner
  • Document software designs, configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software development and space technologies

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
  • 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Basic understanding of one or more programming languages and software development principles
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is required as this position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Frontend development experience, preferably using React, Typescript, NodeJS, FastAPI or similar
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Linux/Unix development environments
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, sockets, client-server architectures)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and/or automated testing frameworks
  • Exposure to command and control (C2), telemetry, or mission-operations software concepts
  • Basic understanding of spacecraft, satellite, or ground system operations concepts
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

Compensation

Pay Range: $83,999.00 - $115,498.25

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
