Your responsibilities are:

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software development and space technologies
- Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality software solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language, and general knowledge of others
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Ability to design, code, test, and debug complex software applications
- Experience with different software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum/Kanban
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with requirements management and system modelling tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB
- Knowledge of industry standard mechanical design principles, including requirements management and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience or certification in INCOSE standards
- Experience developing software interface control documents
- Experience developing and managing requirements specifications
- Decomposition of requirements and design experience
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
- Exposure to baseline definition and maturation in complex development settings
- Understanding of establishing and tracking key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM)
Compensation
Pay Range: $105,534.00 - $145,109.25
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
Clearance Requirement
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.
