What You Will Do

  • Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant consumer devices and gateways that operate reliably for long periods with minimal maintenance
  • Write quality Linux-based software for processors and microcontrollers including ARM and RISC-V
  • Develop software for Starlink's custom phased array and modem silicon
  • Develop prototypes to prove out key design concepts and quantify technical constraints
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
  • Create systems for test execution across virtualized and real hardware-in-the-loop environments
  • Invent tools for continuous integration, deployment, and data analysis to enable more frequent and reliable releases
  • Work with the Starlink factory on in-house device manufacturing

You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of software you create, including development, testing, and support.
